When does health insurance renew?

Here's the scoop: You're welcome to make a claim anytime you fancy, no need to wait for a special occasion. But here's the catch – if you've got any benefits left over from the previous calendar year, they won't carry over into the new year. Oh, and heads up, some health funds go by the financial year calendar, so it's a smart move to give the fine print a once-over. 🗓 💰

How do I provide my prescription details when ordering online?

It's a breeze! During the order process, you'll have the chance to enter, upload a pic or scan your glasses to get your prescription. We'll guide you every step of the way.

Up to date test

If you've had your eyes tested within the last two years, then there's no need to have another eye test. You can use your health insurance optical extras to buy our frames online.

Medicare restrictions

The following lenses are not eligible for a rebate:

Progressive lenses
Prescription lenses with a sphere (SPH) value higher than +/- 3.00

Subject to your particular level of health cover, available limit and health funds rules. Each health fund rebate is different, some have annual benefits based on financial year (1 July to 30 June), so it’s a good idea to check your plan and see what you’re entitled to.
